Regina Hall is used for St. Francis Borgia Parish fellowship and formation activities. It is also available for rental for social gatherings, receptions, reunions, and more for both St. Francis Borgia parishioners and the general public.
The Parish Hall is reserved on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
Fire marshal rated capacity is 200 occupants.
A full kitchen with a large commercial refrigerator, chest-style deep freeze, ice maker, commercial dishwaser, microwave, prep table, multiple roomy countertops and 2 gas-powered stoves with ovens are all available for use.
20 (6ft) round and 6 (8ft) long banquet tables are available with (up to 200) chairs.
Alcohol is allowed in can form only. NO kegs. NO glass bottles on the property.

Hall Rental Fees
3 SEPARATE CHECKS ARE REQUIRED…NO EXCEPTIONS (other than date hold deposit)
$35.00 fee will be assessed for all checks returned for non-sufficient funds.
NON-REFUNDABLE $95.00 for liability insurance/ payable to: The Roman Catholic Bishop of Owensboro
This $95 non-refundable fee is for the million-dollar insurance policy covering both the renter and St. Francis Borgia. This insurance payment MUST be remitted to St. Francis NO LATER than 20 days prior to the date of the event.
REFUNDABLE $50.00 for cleaning / security fee for event / payable to: Chad Corley
This $50 check will be uncashed and returned to the issuer, on the next business day following event, and if each area / room included in rental is in the same condition and state of cleanliness as it was when building key was issued.
EVENT FEE: FREE for “REGISTERED MEMBERS” or $350 for “NON-REGISTERED” RENTERS / payable to: St. Francis Borgia
